Description

Berlin wood-fired barbecue, a style between classic and modern, internal hood made of refractory concrete with a spark arrestor system (a precautionary and safety system to prevent possible fires), cubic exterior cladding with fiber cement, a material resistant to outdoor weather conditions, practical maintenance.

Firebox made of refractory brick and refractory cement, to withstand the high temperatures that can be reached by firewood as well as to withstand the lower temperatures of charcoal fire. Firebox with three positions of embedded stainless steel guides to have different cooking levels, supplied with a stainless steel cooking grid with a useful size of 82 x 52 cm for PAELLA. Metal ash collection drawer, non-embedded drawer to be removable if necessary and to be able to make fire directly on the fire base.
