BARCELONA designer barbecue

Description

Barcelona barbecue features a modern design with cubic shapes and a stainless steel grill elevation system (Argentinian style), with a cooking grill of 82 x 52 cm also made of stainless steel. It includes a side firebox to be used as a coal bed (to generate embers for slow cooking large pieces of meat).
It has an independent ash collection drawer, serving the purpose of collecting ashes as well as facilitating fire ignition. It can be used with wood from holm oak, oak, beech, or pine, as well as with charcoal in the cooking areas.
The left side structure is built with refractory brick, and the overall structural assembly is made of beige-colored concrete. The tabletop is made of large-format synthesized stone to facilitate maintenance and cleaning.
Sliding door made of fiber cement, like the hood cladding, and the door guides are made of stainless steel.
