Description

Berlin V2 wood-fired barbecue, blending classic and modern styles, features an internal hood made of refractory concrete with a spark arrestor system (a precautionary and safety measure to prevent possible fires), and an exterior cladding in cubic form with fiber cement, ensuring resistance to outdoor weather conditions and easy maintenance.

The firebox is made of refractory brick and refractory cement to withstand the high temperatures produced by wood fires as well as the lower temperatures from charcoal. It includes three positions of embedded stainless steel guides to provide different cooking levels and comes with a stainless steel cooking grid with a useful size of 82 x 52 cm. An independent metal ash collection drawer is provided, not embedded, for easy removal if necessary and to allow fire to be made directly on the fire base.

The structural support is made of gray concrete with acid finishes, and the tabletop and sides of the tables are made of intense black granite.

There is the option to supply only with a right or left table, or to provide different distribution possibilities or table extensions.
