The side brazier provides precise cooking control, and if you’re low on embers, it ensures a continuous generation of them.

The firebox is crafted from refractory brick and delivered pre-painted with black heat-resistant paint. Structurally, it is made of concrete with an acid finish, and includes a convenient side table with a granite top for easy cleaning and maintenance. The stainless steel cooking grill measures 69×44 cm and has a grate and metal ash drawer for easy cleanup. The internal smoke outlet, made of refractory cement, is designed for expansion and durability and includes a stainless steel spark arrestor, clad in anthracite gray fiber cement.
